Our Commitment to Quality

We're committed to delivering the freshest, highest quality coffee to you. Every bag is roasted to order with care, but if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Quality Guarantee

If your coffee arrives damaged, with an incorrect grind, or has any quality issues due to an error on our part, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us at thelovecoffeecompany@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we'll send a replacement right away.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and get fresh coffee to you as quickly as possible.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because your coffee is roasted to order, we begin processing immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once roasting has begun, we're unable to make changes.

Returns

Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Please do not ship coffee back to us - contact us first so we can find the best solution.
